Working with folders

1. From the Tree Pane: Select the directory under which you want to create the subdirectory.
2. Select the File  ðŸ š  New Folder  ðŸ š  On the right pane of the screen, a new folder is created.
3. Type the name of the directory and press ENTER. You can immediately see the change in the structure of the tree.

Creating Files

After creating a folder, we can move files in it or create new files in the folder.

i) To select all the records in an envelope: 

Snap the envelope in the left sheet 🠚 All the documents will be shown in the correct sheet. 

To choose all  ðŸ š  CTRL + A 

ii) To select back to back records: 

Use move key + bolt keys 

iii) To select non-continuous records: 

In the correct sheet of Windows Explorer, click the primary thing to be chosen. 

Hold down CTRL

Copying Files and Folders

Once we have selected the files to copy, the next step is to copy the files.
To duplicate the documents and organizers: 

i) In Windows Explorer, select the document or organizer to be duplicated. 

ii) On the alter menu click duplicate 

( the documents are duplicated to the clasp board. The clasp board is an area where the data you duplicate or cut is briefly put away) 

iii) Click the objective organizer in the left sheet. 

iv) In W.Exp, click glue in the Edit menu. 

Then again, to duplicate a document or organizer, select it and afterward press ctrl +C. To glue, press ctrl+ V

To move the records or envelopes: 

i) select the envelope to be moved. 

ii) On the alter menu, click cut 

iii) Click the objective envelope in the left sheet 

iv) On the alter menu, click glue. 

On the other hand, to cut a record or envelope, select and press ctrl +X and then to glue, press ctrl +V. 

Renaming documents or organizers: 

i) Select the thing to be renamed 

ii) Choose File  🠚 Rename 

iii) Current name gets chosen, Type in the new name 

iv) Press Enter. 

Deleting records or Folders: 

On the off chance that you don't need certain records or envelopes, you can erase them. All the documents and envelopes which are erased are moved to the reuse receptacle. 

To Delete: 

i) Select 

ii) On the document menu, click erase or press erase. 

An admonition shows up inciting you to affirm the record cancellation. 

iii) If you need to erase, click yes in any case No. 

Note: To erase a record forever without moving it to the Recycle container, select the document and then press Shift+ Del.
